Zoning Board of Appeals

The Dundee Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October
19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall, 179 Main Street to consider the following:
1) Joseph Ashley of 15964 Dundee Blvd is requesting a reversal of the zoning
administrator’s determination of not allowing livestock on his residentially zoned
property.
2) Aaron and Holly McHugh of 2044 Meanwell Rd, Dundee, MI are requesting to remove
the requirement for a fence around the pool and replacing with an automatic safety
cover.
All interested parties will be heard.
